About Me
So you want to know who the Joker is.
Well my name is Christi Salmestrelli and I draw.
The Joker started with the mask I bought in Venice Italy. I fell in love with the whole mask thing while walking around Venice. It blew me away they are way too cool. So I got one, as you can see me showing my mother my new toy. (below)
I've always been a kind of Joker (a court jester) I like to entertain (mostly myself), I like laughter (mostly at myself), most of all I like to have fun and enjoy life.
As we left Venice in the bus I tried to sleep but I was haunted by the Joker image. I had to draw, and what a great feeling it is when that happens. I drew the whole way to Lake Maggorie.
When we got there everyone wanted to know what I was working on. They all said that It's like I drew myself and that is when Jokers Drawings began. The Joker kind of became my drawing identity so to speak. Thanks Mom for the photo.
